Unfortunately, sleep is too big, too complex. It is a combination of complex processes, long and intricate patterns established physical properties. If we focus only on short term, namely sleep better tonight, we are missing the big picture, the better sleep is for Life! Is not that what you really want?
Sleep is natural, normal and necessary. It’s so easy a baby can do with ease. It is therefore important that we die without it. This is a basic function of life, like food, move, think and create. So why should it terribly difficult?
If you regularly have trouble sleeping with, you know, like the poor to sleep in a night effect your life. It is a struggle to wake up in the morning. Perhaps you are late for work or school. You have trouble concentrating, focusing, and it is difficult to be creative. Your mood suffers to sleep if you miss. They are more irritable, not a good night’s sleep behind you. The tendency to do what you do not want to say or not say leak is much higher when you are tired. It may be harder to move around and it seems that you are still hungry. Of course you would your health and life in general better if you could just start a couple of decent sleep.

A couple of nights sleep disturbed before an important event are normal in a new environment or in times of illness and expected in daily life. The problems start when “some nights” will “most nights” and no good reason for insomnia has a distant memory or is a complete mystery.
By definition, a chronic sleep disorder over time and is being developed as a problem for several weeks at least. It is therefore unrealistic to believe, it can be repaired in one or two nights. It took a while to get this bad, it takes some time to get better. I know it’s disappointing, but it’s true.
